Subscriber Protection: Users with an active paid subscription are exempt from inactive account cleanup, regardless of login frequency.
Prior Notification: For users who have previously held a paid subscription, we will send an email notification approximately 14 days before any scheduled asset removal. Simply logging in to your account will reset the inactivity period.
No Guarantee of Permanent Availability: While we strive to maintain your videos, FastVideo does not guarantee indefinite storage. We strongly recommend downloading important videos to your local device.
